Bad habits

its a constant battle..
i talk about it.
im against it.
i hate it.
but i do it too..

I...




I use my PDA.
I write them down.
I put reminders.
I put double reminders.
I write on STICK ONS..
Just that i dont look at them often enough.

I hope i will stop struggling with this soon..
Is it the way im wired or can i really get a breakthrough..
sigh..
